Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Merger & Carveout Services)

West Monroe is seeking a Manager for its Merger & Carveout Services team to lead client engagements in complex transactions. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, guiding clients through mergers, integrations, and carveouts from evaluation to execution. This role involves leading teams, managing engagement scope and deliverables, and leveraging AI tools to provide actionable recommendations.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side merger, integration, and carveout engagements
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional diligence, planning, and execution
• Develop cost models, synergy analyses, and Day 1 readiness plans
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
• Integrate AI tools to enhance analysis and delivery efficiency
