2027 Early Careers: Analyst, Finance– United States, New York, NY

Join AIG's Finance department as an Analyst in our Early Careers program. This two-year rotational program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to various finance functions within the insurance industry. You will gain valuable skills and experience through on-the-job rotations, masterclasses, and networking opportunities to build a successful career.

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across different Finance teams
• Develop skills in financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury
• Gain exposure to senior leaders and build professional connections
• Work in-person at least four days per week
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting by June 2027
