Manage a portfolio of franchisee accounts, focusing on collecting outstanding receivables and resolving past-due balances. This role involves direct communication with franchisees to understand delinquency causes, execute collection strategies, and make recommendations for account actions, while collaborating with internal teams like Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.

Manage assigned franchisee account portfolio and collection activities
Monitor accounts receivable and identify accounts requiring action
Contact franchisees regarding past-due balances and establish payment expectations
Research and resolve billing questions and account discrepancies
Prepare recommendations for payment arrangements, defaults, or termination
Build professional relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders
