Join Accenture as a Change & Experience Consulting Manager/Senior Manager within our Industrials practice. You will guide clients through large-scale transformations, helping them reinvent their organizations for an AI-enabled, data-informed future where work is digital and change is continuous. This role focuses on designing and leading enterprise change programs, enabling the responsible use of Generative AI, and building human-centered digital employee experiences.
What we are looking for
6- Lead enterprise change programs for large-scale reinvention efforts
- Design and implement human-centered, AI-enabled employee experiences
- Guide clients on the adoption and responsible use of Generative AI
- Utilize data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to inform change strategies
- Develop agile, future-ready change strategies for evolving work environments
- Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience
