Executive Director, Senior Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant – Markets Basel Specialist

Lead the Markets division within the Structured Product Group to manage quarterly Basel submissions, RWA optimization, and capital analyses. This role involves coordinating data across risk workstreams, reviewing submissions, developing capital-efficient structures, and producing senior management reports. You will also lead efforts to build data and technology requirements for Basel III endgame rules and provide RWA forecasting.

• Lead Markets division for Basel submissions and RWA optimization
• Oversee coordination of Basel data across risk workstreams
• Review and execute controls for SPG Banking submissions
• Develop capital-efficient structures and optimize capital
• Produce quarterly reporting and advise on capital optimization
• Lead build-out of data/technology for Basel III endgame rules
