About this role
As a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at RTX, you will be a key financial partner for the Digital Services Organization, driving strategic insights and cost management for digital transformation initiatives. You will lead forecasting, planning, and analysis for overhead costs, develop financial models, and present executive-level briefings. This role offers the opportunity to influence financial strategies, modernize reporting capabilities, and coach junior team members within a leading aerospace and defense company.
What we are looking for
6- Lead FP&A for Digital Services, managing overhead costs
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning
- Develop financial models, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
- Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights
- Coach junior finance professionals and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with government accounting regulations (CAS/FAR)
