Lead Financial Analyst

Copeland is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role involves supervising payroll processes, supporting audits, and acting as a backup to the Plant Controller. • Analyze financial variances (inventory, budget vs. actuals, forecast vs. actuals)
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Supervise payroll processes and social security compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Act as backup for the Plant Controller/Finance Manager
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
