Business Impact Manager – Strategy, Transformation & AI

Drive strategic initiatives and operational effectiveness across Europe for Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business. This role focuses on translating strategic ambitions into coordinated action, enabling executive governance, and accelerating AI-enabled ways of working. You will partner closely with regional leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and improve transparency and execution.

• Lead planning and delivery of high-priority regional initiatives
• Coordinate regional leadership forums and executive governance
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness
• Support adoption of AI and productivity tools
• Develop clear communications and build trusted relationships
• Contribute to the development of the Business Impact Team
