Partner with R&D, RPM, and PMO leaders to guide innovation strategy and influence portfolio decisions through rigorous financial insights. This high-impact role involves leading the Enrich process and evaluating strategic opportunities to improve patient care. You will expand your leadership impact through the R&D Finance COE and a dedicated ENT analyst.
What we are looking for
6- Partner with R&D, RPM, and PMO leadership on portfolio prioritization and investment decisions
- Lead financial evaluation of innovation initiatives, assessing revenue, cost, margin, and risk
- Develop financial models for NPV, IRR, and portfolio impact analyses
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations for product strategy and funding
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial review processes for investments
- Monitor spending and investment performance to identify risks and opportunities
