Consulting Principal - Strategy, People & Operations - Not for Profit Sector

As a Consulting Principal, you will be a market-facing leader for Baker Tilly's not-for-profit advisory practice. You will build trusted relationships with senior executives and boards, originate new client opportunities, and lead complex engagements to enhance organizational performance and sustainability. This role involves developing market strategies, driving business development, and contributing to the growth of our consulting capabilities within the sector.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with not-for-profit senior executives and boards
• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational, operational, people, and transformation challenges
• Originate, qualify, and advance new consulting opportunities
• Lead complex advisory engagements from strategy through implementation
• Develop and execute market and account strategies for the not-for-profit sector
