Intermediate Financial Analyst

Sun Life is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst to join their Investment Solutions Controls team in Waterloo, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining a strong financial control environment by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounting transactions, monitoring cash controls, and supporting accounting and reporting for Investment Solutions.

• Support complex reconciliation activities and investigate exceptions
• Maintain a strong financial control environment within the Investment Solutions Controls team
• Manage feeder tolerance tables, handshake reports, and error investigations
• Provide audit support and manage journal entries and wires
• Contribute to ICFR processes and General Ledger close activities
• Design and deploy process enhancements and leverage automation
