Management Consulting Supervisor, Technology Performance

RSM is seeking a Technology Performance Manager to join their Management Consulting team in Toronto. This role involves advising clients, primarily in the industrials sector, on digital transformation, IT optimization, and technology assessments. You will manage projects, lead teams, and work directly with executive management to improve client technology functions.

• Advise clients on digital strategy, transformation, and emerging technologies
• Optimize IT departments and capabilities for clients
• Lead and develop consulting teams
• Manage projects and act as a liaison between stakeholders
• Perform technology assessments and evaluate business processes
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation and consulting
