About this role
As a Project Lead for Financial Modeling, you will own the financial modeling for large-scale real estate projects across the MENA region. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare financial statements, and perform risk assessments to support investment decisions. This role requires strong leadership to guide junior modelers and build client relationships.

- Own financial modeling for real estate mega projects
- Perform cash flow projection and investment analysis using DCF
- Prepare financial statements adhering to reporting standards
- Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and due diligence analysis
- Lead a team of junior modelers and manage client relationships
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA as an advantage
