Investment Banking Associate - Aerospace/Defense & Government Services (ADGS)

William Blair is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADGS) group. In this role, you will execute in-depth financial analyses, conduct extensive research, and build advanced financial models to support client transactions. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to client presentations and proposals, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Execute financial and valuation analyses for M&A and capital raising transactions
• Build advanced financial models and conduct due diligence
• Lead transaction research, analysis, and documentation
• Develop client proposals and presentations
• Mentor and train junior analysts
• Develop expertise in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors
