Senior Consultant, Transformation Office Advisory

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Operations Excellence practice, focusing on CIO Advisory. This role will help clients optimize transformation office capabilities, strengthen governance, and improve delivery excellence for business and technology transformations. The ideal candidate is an experienced management consultant skilled in leading client-facing workstreams and partnering with executive stakeholders.

• Support clients in large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
• Establish and enhance transformation office capabilities
• Lead client-facing workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and risks
• Partner with executive stakeholders to facilitate governance and decision-making
• Advise clients on leading practices for transformation governance and execution
• Assess current-state capabilities and recommend improvements
