Deriva Energy is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with executive leadership and business units. This role will own financial models, drive planning and forecasting processes, and provide critical insights for strategic decision-making and capital allocation. You will play a key part in shaping the financial future of a growing renewable energy company.

Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
Own and enhance the integrated corporate financial model
Deliver insightful performance reporting and variance analysis
Partner with business leaders on financial strategy and investment decisions
Coach and develop FP&A analysts
Drive standardization and automation in financial planning tools
