Senior Operations & Program Management Consultant

Acxiom is seeking a Senior Operations & Program Management Consultant to lead customer engagement, marketing campaign, and business transformation initiatives. This remote role requires expertise in program management, operational excellence, and marketing operations to ensure successful planning and execution of complex, data-driven programs. The consultant will coordinate across various teams, establish scalable operating models, and optimize delivery processes.

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer engagement and marketing initiatives
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources
• Oversee end-to-end workflow management from intake to post-launch support
• Establish and enforce scalable project management and operational methodologies
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, marketing, analytics, and technology teams
• Drive process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and delivery quality
