- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of professional financial experience
- Manufacturing accounting/finance experience
- P&L management and financial systems knowledge
- Business partnering and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience preferred
