Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant, Executive Director, to join the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Strategy team. This senior individual contributor role will lead strategic planning and analysis to drive business transformation and long-term growth within the wealth and investment management ecosystem. You will advise senior leadership, influence key stakeholders, and coach colleagues on complex, high-stakes strategic questions.

• Lead development of strategic plans for sustainable long-term growth
• Update and refine long-term strategic vision for WIM businesses
• Develop strategy for digital and self-directed wealth products
• Develop workplace wealth strategy and evaluate partnerships
• Build growth case for various financial products and services
• Advise on emerging areas like digital assets and competitive trends
