Associate, Investment Banking - Private Capital Advisory (Primaries)

Moelis & Company seeks a driven Associate for their Private Capital Advisory team in New York. This role focuses on primary fundraising for alternative investment managers, advising general partners on launching and executing new fund vehicles. You will manage client and investor relationships, lead due diligence, oversee marketing materials, and coordinate fundraising processes.

• Lead GP due diligence and fund positioning
• Oversee preparation of fund marketing materials and economics
• Manage investor roadshows and client support
• Own the dataroom and documentation flow
• Supervise Analysts on databases and LP research
• Serve as primary contact for institutional investors
