About this role

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Principal FP&A Specialist to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for their Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Finance Team. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing financial reports and dashboards, and performing ad hoc financial analysis to improve decision-making processes.

What we are looking for

Analyze and prepare RFS pre-forecast and close forecast
Participate in Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Develop and maintain financial reports, templates, and dashboards
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and variance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting
Requires U.S. citizenship due to government contractual requirements
