You will manage investment operations, monitor portfolios, and prepare client materials, freeing up senior staff to focus on client relationships and business development.

What we are looking for

Maintain advisor-preferred models and implement portfolio changes
Monitor IPS compliance and prepare trades and rebalances
Prepare customized investment analysis and client meeting materials
Proactively identify portfolio issues and recommend actions
Pursue CFA designation and develop expertise in wealth management
Support 3-4 Chicago-based wealth management partners
