Business Solutions Group (BSG), Analyst

Morgan Stanley's Business Solutions Group (BSG) is seeking an Analyst to join their in-house management consulting team. This role supports strategic program management, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives within the Institutional Securities Group. You will play a foundational role in delivering high-impact engagements, coordinating across business, technology, and operations teams.

• Support consulting engagements within front office, risk, finance, operations, and technology
• Partner on program planning, execution, and risk/issue resolution
• Assist in presentation and collateral production for senior management
• Support change management, process enhancements, and governance initiatives
• Diagnose issues and develop sustainable resolutions with stakeholders
• Track engagement economics, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics
