Manage daily ETF operations including reconciliation, settlement, and trade support
Monitor corporate actions and process complex transactions
Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service
Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
3-6 years of investment operations experience
Familiarity with various financial asset classes and data quality workflows
