Senior Analyst, Product Specialist / Investor Relations

Support Greystar's European fund formation and capital raising activities by working at the intersection of Investor Relations and capital raising. This role involves managing the investor due diligence process, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating investor communications and events.

• Support end-to-end investor due diligence process
• Prepare and coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires
• Assist with fundraising efforts for European commingled funds
• Prepare marketing and investor materials, including pitchbooks
• Coordinate investor meetings and property tours
• Maintain and manage investment offering information within CRM
