Business Consultant Management

As a senior Business Consultant specializing in Workforce Software implementation, you will lead client engagements to optimize their workforce management processes. You will design, configure, and deploy solutions for scheduling, time and attendance, and labor analytics, working closely with client teams to deliver tangible value.

• Lead full implementation lifecycle for Workforce Software
• Partner with client HR, Operations, and IT teams
• Design and configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management modules
• Manage UAT cycles and drive client sign-off
• Support business development and RFP responses
• Hands-on implementation experience with WFM platforms
