Financial Analyst, Media, Sports and Entertainment - Valuation Advisory Services

• Perform financial statement modeling and analysis for M&A transactions
• Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis
• Execute business and portfolio valuations, including purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment
• Contribute to transaction opinion engagements
• Develop client materials and marketing collateral
• Experience in valuation, corporate finance, or accounting
