Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key business partner supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing sites. You will provide critical financial leadership, drive performance management, and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. This role offers the chance to impact profitable growth and financial accountability across our North America manufacturing operations.

• Drive financial performance management, including closing, forecasting, and budgeting
• Leverage reporting and forecasting tools for insights and efficiencies
• Prepare cost accounting analysis and maintain financial controls
• Identify savings opportunities and improve financial processes
• Partner with Supply Chain teams and support capital investments
• Act as a Financial Business Partner to plant leadership
