Finance – Strategic Initiatives Analyst

Support Finance leadership by driving execution of business priorities through structured reporting, communications, and coordination. This role enables effective Business Office operations by developing materials, managing recurring routines, and ensuring alignment across Finance teams and enterprise partners.

• Analyze Finance business performance, operational metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate complex business issues and develop strategic options
• Support and coordinate assigned strategic initiatives and workstreams
• Partner with Finance leaders to assess business challenges and recommend improvements
• Develop executive-level analyses, business cases, and decision-support materials
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting frameworks and performance measures
