You will assist clients with accounting and reporting for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, prepare financial analyses, and participate in client meetings. • Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance
• Prepare detailed financial analysis for acquisition decisions

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
