The analyst will also be responsible for designing new processes, enhancing workflows, and overseeing technology and vendor relationships.

Execute private deal lifecycle including approval, execution, settlement, and exits
Coordinate with legal, investors, trading, and back-office teams
Analyze legal documentation for private transactions
Track deal covenants, restrictions, and corporate actions
Manage operational lifecycle of private fund of funds investments
Review GP reporting and reconcile financial data
