About this role

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to lead financial management for their global Service & Repair business. This role involves translating complex data into actionable insights, forecasting, and supporting operational and commercial leaders. You will partner closely with various teams to improve visibility into financial performance and drive strategic recommendations.

What we are looking for

Lead FP&A calendar, monthly close, forecasting, AOP, and LRP processes
Analyze and interpret financial and operational results
Partner with leaders to develop revenue, pricing, and margin forecasts
Lead financial evaluation of investments and transformation initiatives
Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations
Design and implement scalable reporting solutions and process improvements
