• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers
• Partner with business units using advanced Excel modeling
• Conduct trend analysis on AUM, revenue, and product costs
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Experience with financial planning systems and data visualization a plus
