Business Consultant I

As a Business Consultant I, you will serve as the primary liaison between business units and operational compliance, managing projects, resolving issues, and enhancing our Transfer Agency systems. This hybrid role in Kansas City offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading global asset manager while supporting groundbreaking medical research through our philanthropic efforts.

• Serve as primary contact for business areas on projects and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain operational control environment and relationships
• Support Transfer Agency system product and service development
• Facilitate communication between business partners, compliance, and IT
• Participate in on-call rotation and vendor management, including after-hours work
• Previous transfer agency experience preferred
