You will deconstruct complex workflows, identify friction points, and architect AI-driven solutions. This role involves shaping client engagements, supporting sales, and leading delivery from discovery through execution, focusing on measurable outcomes.

• Lead discovery phases and configure workflows on the Kizen platform
• Translate business needs into process maps and prototypes
• Own outcomes like speed to value and cost reduction
• Produce high-fidelity artifacts and contribute to playbooks
• Requires 6+ years in consulting or process engineering
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare
