You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and cost allocation, with a focus on our Engineering Cost Model. • Execute and maintain the Engineering Cost Model (ECM)
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to engineering leaders
• Support R&D financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Partner with engineering teams to understand financial needs
