About this role

Join our Leveraged Capital Markets team as an Analyst to support the syndication of debt transactions for institutional investors. You will prepare critical marketing materials, manage order books, and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to execute deals.

What we are looking for

Support syndication of Leveraged Loan and High Yield debt transactions
Prepare pitch, marketing, and offering materials
Maintain order book on live transactions
Liaise with sales and trading desk
Partner with investment banking coverage groups
Minimum 1 year of experience required
