Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory - 2027 Summer Associate (Intern)

As a Summer Associate in Corporate Finance, you will support client engagements by performing financial analysis, quality of earnings assessments, and preparing client deliverables. This role offers exposure to diverse transaction advisory assignments within a growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice.

• Support buy and sell-side diligence engagements
• Perform quality of earnings and financial trend analysis
• Assist in preparing client reports and presentations
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts
• Gain exposure to practice development and client pitches
• Progression towards Accounting or Finance degree required
