About this role
As an MBA Intern on the Business Value Services team, you will partner with sales and solution engineers to quantify the business impact of Salesforce's AI-powered CRM solutions for enterprise clients. You will conduct discovery sessions, build financial models, and present findings to senior stakeholders, focusing on how AI drives measurable business outcomes across various industries.
What we are looking for
6- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and AI opportunities
- Build quantified financial value models to support customer business goals
- Size AI use cases and model their impact on capacity, cost, and revenue
- Pressure-test assumptions behind AI business cases
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with expected graduation of Spring 2028
- 5+ years of experience in structured analysis, financial modeling, or solution-based selling
