Senior Consultant

The Gunter Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements from initiation to completion. You will clarify priorities, deliver practical solutions across people, processes, and technology, and drive lasting business impact. This role involves partnering closely with clients and internal teams to achieve meaningful results.

• Lead client engagement workstreams and project delivery
• Partner with clients at all levels to align goals and drive outcomes
• Identify opportunities for TGG to add value and expand client relationships
• Apply structured methodologies to execute effectively and deliver results
• 6+ years of consulting or related experience required
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments
