Mergers & Acquisition Strategy Manager

Accenture Strategy is seeking an M&A strategist to partner with senior executives on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will lead deal workstreams from strategy definition to value realization, leveraging AI tools and driving measurable business results.

• Lead M&A workstreams including deal framing, target screening, and integration planning
• Apply rigorous analysis to identify and quantify value creation opportunities
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Contribute to M&A thought leadership and support business development
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate M&A value realization
• Partner with senior executives to define deal strategy and design integration/separation plans
