Senior Analyst, Strategy and Transformation

FTI Consulting seeks a Senior Analyst to join their Strategy & Transformation team in Washington, DC. This role involves working directly with senior leadership on firm-wide strategic initiatives, organic growth opportunities, M&A support, and process improvements. You will analyze complex business problems, conduct market research, build financial models, and prepare executive-level presentations.

• Work on firm-wide strategy and transformation initiatives
• Support M&A and business development activities
• Analyze internal operational data and market trends
• Develop financial models and original insights
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or FP&A
