Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst

Join Haleon as a Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst in Poznan to support the FPCRA organization. You will provide financial analysis, reporting, and controllership support throughout the finance cycle, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform analytical reviews of financial results and balance sheet movements
• Assist with planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Prepare management reporting packs, dashboards, and analytics
• Collaborate with Commercial Controllers, Accounting, and COE teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
