Cost & Financial Planning Analyst

Sensata is seeking a Cost & Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key part in identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving process improvements across the organization.

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial data and create cost models for decision support
• Track operational metrics and report on financial performance
• Identify trends, recommend cost optimizations, and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
