Consultant

As a Consultant at Putnam, you will lead case teams to solve complex strategic and analytical problems for leading health and life sciences companies. You will interact directly with clients, develop hypotheses, synthesize analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to coach junior staff and contribute to impactful projects within a collegial and supportive environment.

• Lead and manage teams of consultants on client projects
• Develop and refine hypotheses to address client challenges
• Synthesize complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Deliver key findings and recommendations to clients
• Coach and mentor junior staff
• Minimum 3 years of work experience or 2 years with an advanced degree, preferably in consulting or life sciences
