Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be a client-facing practitioner responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership and culture initiatives. You will own the execution of client engagements, including facilitation, consulting delivery, and relationship management, bringing your expertise to bear on meaningful work. • Design and facilitate client engagements including workshops and leadership programs
• Manage assigned client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Collaborate on scoping, planning, and executing client projects
• Identify opportunities for engagement expansion and client relationship deepening
• 5+ years in consulting, leadership development, or facilitation
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver independently
