Senior Analyst - Asset Management

Join Clarion Partners, a leading real estate investment manager and part of Franklin Templeton, as a Senior Analyst in New York. You will support asset management and acquisitions for office and retail properties, focusing on financial modeling, client reporting, and property valuation.

• Assist with asset management and acquisitions for office and retail assets
• Prepare client reports and respond to ad hoc client requests
• Underwrite and analyze potential new retail investments
• Participate in due diligence and closing processes for new investments
• Maintain property valuation files and conduct periodic internal valuations
• Review annual operating budgets and support business plan creation
