You will gain significant exposure to innovative companies and investors across various healthcare sub-sectors, partnering with founders, management teams, and sponsors on M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. • Lead transaction execution for M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory
• Develop and oversee complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Coordinate due diligence and manage client and counterparty interactions
• Analyze healthcare market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes
• Prepare and present client-facing materials and participate in client meetings
• Manage and mentor junior team members
