Change Management Consultant

As a Change Management Consultant, you will guide clients through complex transformations by ensuring people understand, adopt, and sustain changes. You'll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, developing strategies, assessing impacts, and creating communications and training to support large-scale initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships and deliver sustainable business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments
• Develop targeted communications, training, and enablement activities
• Partner with client leaders to identify risks and address resistance
• Facilitate workshops and track change readiness and adoption measures
• Bachelor's degree with Prosci certification and 2-5 years of experience
