Consultant

As a Consultant in the Absence, Disability, & Life group, you will provide day-to-day support and consulting services to clients, acting as the guardian of strategic customer relationships. You will orchestrate corporate resources to deliver comprehensive products and services, driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

• Manage client relationships and provide consulting services for Absence, Disability, & Life benefits
• Oversee client project plans, deadlines, and strategic benefit planning
• Participate in client financial management, renewal analysis, and labor negotiations
• Review plan documents, SPDs, and vendor contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate and manage special client projects, including plan implementations and new client onboarding
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Absence, Disability, & Life client management and consulting
